All our shipments are made from Montreal, QC.
Tasti offers international delivery. Once your order is placed, shipping takes place within 3-10 business days. Once the package is handed over to the shipping department, delays are out of our control. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact our agents by email at hello@tastiofficial.com.
Change of address
Delivery addresses cannot be changed. We will only deliver to the shipping address provided in the original order. We cannot be held responsible for a delivery error due to a wrong address provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact hello@tastiofficial.com.
Tracking a package
You will receive an automatic email or text message including your tracking number that will be updated from production to shipment of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 business hours after the tracking number is created before it is activated.

Pre-sale product
The delivery start date is indicated at the top of the description for our pre-sale products. Any order containing pre-sale products will be shipped from the delivery date indicated. If your order contains products that are not in pre-sale and you wish to receive your items separately, we recommend that you place two separate orders.
Free Shipping Promotions
Unless otherwise indicated, free shipping covers standard shipping within Canada only.
Delivery outside of Canada
Please note that shipping outside of Canada may incur additional customs and taxes.
